Q1: Are all of your products at Jasmin Noir Authentic?

We only work with certified authentic retailers

Q2: What forms of payment do you accept?

As of now we only accept Paypal and Afterpay.

Q3: Can i return my purchase?

To avoid counterfeit products sent back we do not accept returns online. Please read our terms and conditions for further information.

Q4: Do you ship internationally?

We only ship Australia Wide.

Q5: Can i cancel my order once i check out?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment or if it has not been shipped out yet and you have received a confirmation email that it has been shipped out. You must notify us immediately otherwise we do not process refunds for orders that has been shipped out. 

Q6: Do you work with other third parties?
